Using MaxieDISC® in coaching and training
What makes you an effective coach or trainer?
Certainly, interpersonal skills, the ability to sense people, listening skills, and other secrets of the trainer's or coach's craft that allow you to properly fulfill this role. Certainly also your experience and knowledge, thanks to which you provide your clients with real value.
However, many developmental processes can be significantly improved if we have good diagnostic tools. Tools that not only diagnose but also enable us to show important things to the client, or provide a basis for designing effective developmental processes.
As we have been working with people for many years ourselves, we know what is important, what causes problems, and what helps.
