What is the DISC Model - styles of human behavior
The DISC model assumes that there are 4 main human behavior styles (often also designated by colors), which can be measured and examined. Each of us has access to and uses in our lives most often 2 or 3 DISC styles to varying degrees. As humans, we are flexible and can draw on the resources of our available behavioral style in different situations. At the same time, we often have a preferred (dominant) behavioral and response style in certain situations.
