Do I need to be a coach or a psychologist to get certified?
No. We do not require any specialized education to participate in the training and become certified. Psychological knowledge or coaching skills can be useful, but they are not necessary. Many of our consultants are psychologists or coaches, but we also have a group of people without such education who use the tool effectively in their work.

What does the certification process look like?
The MaxieDISC® Consultant certification process proceeds as follows:
1. We begin with two days of online training on the Zoom platform, most often from 9 AM to 2 PM. The training is conducted in a workshop format: theory + exercises. Due to the high quality of the training, group sizes do not exceed 10 people.
2. The trainee then gains access to the online course platform, which includes, among other things, a discussion of the explanatory-developmental session.
3. At the same time, we send two units (reports) to test on friends, clients. We appear with these reports on the 3rd day of training.
4. Another day of online training, where we continue the workshops and preliminarily discuss the reports that participants bring.
5. The participant receives their report and participates in an explanatory and developmental session for themselves. This allows them to experience firsthand what such a session looks like and what its positive aspects are.
6. Next, the trainee undergoes two sessions with MaxieDISC® mentors during which they practice conducting explanatory and developmental sessions.
7. The final element is a mentorship-examination session, during which the examiner assesses the candidate's ability to independently lead an explanatory-developmental session.
