Understand your teams.
Decide with data.
MaxieDISC® shows how your people and teams operate — in recruitment, communication, sales and leadership development. A development resource, not a selection tool.
Situations you know from your business
Each one maps to a specific report — no need to work out where it applies.
Recruitment and fit
Match candidates to the role and the team more accurately.
A newly promoted leader
New managers quickly understand themselves and their people.
Friction and conflict in the team
Named patterns behind the friction instead of guesswork.
Reorganisation or merging teams
You know where the gaps are and where tensions will arise.
A sales team
See exactly where in the process you’re losing the client.
A leadership development programme
A shared language and concrete development paths.
Team report
A ready-made analysis of the whole team, assembled automatically from individual profiles. A resource for the workshop — never sent out without a debrief.
- A map of every DISC profile in the team
- Gap analysis — what’s missing and what it leads to
- The team under pressure — signals and a protocol, named individually
- Recommendations for the leader: delegation, meetings, decisions, who to recruit
One test, many decisions about people
People assessed earlier don’t retake the test — further reports are generated from profiles already in the system.
From consultation to recommendations
Free consultation
We agree the goal, the scope and which reports to use.
Assessment
Participants complete the test online, 20–30 minutes.
Reports
We generate tailored reports from a single test.
Workshop and sessions
A debrief with the team or the leader.
Recommendations
Concrete steps and a development plan.
A methodology you can trust
A proprietary methodology built on the classic DISC model. The result is a development resource, not a selection tool — and the recommendations are personal and measured: the report offers hypotheses, not diagnoses.

Frequently asked questions — DISC for business
How can DISC be used in a company?
DISC gives teams a shared language of behavior. It supports recruitment, communication, team building, management and sales — people understand each other better, cooperate more smoothly and are less likely to fall into unnecessary conflicts.
What is a DISC team report?
It’s a map of the entire team in a single picture: it shows the styles of individual members, the group’s strengths, potential tensions and concrete tips on how to communicate better and share tasks.
Does DISC help with recruitment?
Yes. DISC helps match a behavioral style to the demands of a role and understand candidates better. It supports the hiring decision — complementing skills and experience rather than replacing them.
Do you need a certificate to roll out DISC in a company?
You don’t have to. You can work with our certified consultant, who will run the assessments and debriefs. If you want to work with DISC on your own, it’s worth certifying someone from your team (for example from HR or L&D).
How many people can be assessed?
From individual employees to entire teams and departments. The assessment is completed online, and we prepare reports (including the team report) for any number of people.
How do you start rolling out DISC in an organization?
With a short conversation — we’ll help you choose the right reports for your goal (recruitment, communication, team). Participants then complete the assessment online, and we wrap everything up with a debrief or a workshop.
