MaxieDISC® Consultant

No. We don’t require any specialized education to take part in the training and become certified. A background in psychology or coaching skills can be helpful, but they aren’t essential. Many of our consultants are psychologists or coaches, but we also have a group of people without that background who use the tool brilliantly in their work.

The price of the MaxieDISC® Consultant Certification includes: 10 assessments (reports) for your own use in testing, practice, or resale, 3 days of online certification training, 3 mentoring sessions with mentor coaches, the last of which is with the authors of the system (3 x 1.5h), a book and dedicated training materials, access to the e-learning platform, where you’ll find tutorials, recordings, and webinars devoted to MaxieDISC®, a MaxieDISC® behavioral assessment for yourself along with an explanatory-development session, access to the closed Consultants’ support group on Facebook, and teaching materials and training aids ready to use in your own services.

The MaxieDISC® Consultant certification process works as follows: 1. We begin with two days of online training on the Zoom platform, usually from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The training is run in a workshop format: theory + exercises. Because we place a high value on quality, group sizes never exceed 10 people. 2. Next, the trainee receives access to a platform with online courses, including a walkthrough of the explanatory-development session. 3. At the same time, we send out two units (reports) for you to test on your friends or clients. You bring these reports to the third day of training. 4. The next day of online training continues the workshops and includes an initial discussion of the reports participants bring with them. 5. The participant receives their own report and takes part in an explanatory-development session for themselves. This gives them the chance to experience firsthand what such a session looks like and what its positive aspects are. 6. Next, the trainee completes two sessions with MaxieDISC® mentors, during which they practice leading explanatory-development sessions. 7. The final element is a mentoring-examination session, in which the examiner assesses the trainee’s ability to independently lead an explanatory-development session.  

We want our consultants to be able to draw on the strength of the brand and our system. That’s why every certified consultant, after signing the partnership agreement, may use our logo within the scope described in the agreement, for example on business cards or a website.

The Extended DISC™ test is a well-known and solid diagnostic system based on the DISC model, created in 1994 in Finland. Our MaxieDISC® diagnostic system was developed and built in Poland. Both systems produce detailed behavioral reports for the individual DISC styles. At the same time, we focus on developing our consultants and on a two-way partnership. We also offer terms of cooperation and pricing tailored to the Polish market. Some of our consultants have also been trained in the Extended DISC™ test, so you can always ask them as well.

The FRIS® test and report make up an increasingly popular diagnostic system developed in Poland, based on theories from the field of cognitive psychology. Our MaxieDISC® diagnostic system was likewise developed and built in Poland, though we base our diagnosis on the proven DISC model, which describes behavioral styles. The FRIS® test and report describe thinking style and action style separately. This provides a solid diagnosis, but it also requires understanding from both the consultant and the client. Our system describes a four-zone model of behavior that is easy to understand and apply for both the client and the consultant. Some of our consultants have also been trained in the FRIS® model, so you can always get in touch with us and ask them as well.

The Insights Discovery™ test is a popular diagnostic system that was created in 1993 in Scotland. The model is grounded in the three dimensions defined by C.G. Jung: Extraversion-Introversion, Thinking-Feeling, and Sensing-Intuition. Our system is based on William Marston’s development of this theory, in which he described four types: D, I, S, C. The MaxieDISC® assessment was developed and built in Poland. Both systems produce detailed reports on how people function.
