Wiktoria Hoffmann

Wiktoria Hoffmann is a co-author of the MaxieDISC® diagnostic tool and CEO of Maxie Hill Sp. z o.o. As an organizational anthropologist and business advisor, she combines a deep understanding of human behaviour with hands-on implementation experience.

For over 12 years she has specialised in designing and delivering development strategies for organizations. She has personally led around 40 development processes, using behavioural psychology to boost effectiveness in sales and management.

She brings years of experience in management, sales and business development together with an understanding of behavioural psychology. She heads Maxie Hill and previously ran development programmes based on a cognitive-behavioural approach.

She has trained managers, entrepreneurs and public-administration representatives, and worked with organizations across manufacturing, finance and services.
